@Ask_Spectrum I have reset it since the episode aired at 4 pm due to another issue with my DVR not tuning into channels and not recording shows. Please note that your system only lists one of the series and NOT the newer/current one.

It’s been two weeks that I’ve been waiting for the supervisor of @GetSpectrum named Michael @ +1 (407) 532-8672 to call me back to figure out why I pay for 400mbps and only get 10mbps at most. I’ve had 7 tech support agents at my house and 3 maintenance orders. #wtf

We have had a terrible time with @GetSpectrum. First we had to have a new cable box out in because internet & cable were going out. Then they said they had to dig up the yard to rewire the the cable. A few months later here we are and the cable & internet are going out at least..

@Ask_Spectrum : Having bursts of NO internet for the last 24 hours. I work via remote, and therefore this is a dire problem. Zipcode is 75002. No reason for this stuff, really and if it weren't for no other real options, I'd have left. This isn't worth $110 per month.

@JimCantore This looked like the overflow from our gutters last night. Rained so hard and dropped 9+inches. TWC there are storm issues in New England too. Some drownings. But the cool front is making cleanup not too bad like in LA.

If you are looking for an internet provider and can avoid @GetSpectrum do so at all costs. They are not customer friendly in their scripts and policies they give their reps.
