Dice the onion, carrots, celery, and chicken into bite sized pieces.

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Dried parsley for garnish
